How Cotton Laundry Started…

I had ordered from Etsy many times, and had been always amazed with how long the items took to arrive or how they were not as described by shop owners. I was always saying that if I have all the right components, I could do this!
My thoughtful husband decided one year on a special surprise Christmas gift for me! He worked in the industry and decided to surprise me with all the necessary items for me to use to make cute custom items for all my friends birthdays, new baby and gift items that are hard to find items.

I went to work immediately and started designing, designing and more designing. It was becoming compulsive to me but also so much fun! I would stay up all hours of the night as ideas danced in my head. I continued my education to better craft my skills. Once I felt confident, I opened my shop. I quickly pioneered a whole line of unique vintage inspired shirts that not too many shops had really done before. I knew that there was shops on here, but they did not offer color options to hair – eyes – and more! I added my own twist to make unique items.
We were contemplating on a name for the business, after all, everyone has to do laundry and I though “If you have to do laundry it might as well be cute!™ Our Trademarked slogan was our first original thought and soon our business name followed, Cotton Laundry!
My hands are on all the process from start to finish, packaging your items perfectly and making sure every package that leaves my hands on the way to you, so cute and perfect as all our little customers!
