SKT Ceramics is a Cincinnati based pottery and illustration studio. Our line was founded in 2006 by artist Susannah Tisue during her artist residency at Greenwich House Pottery, in Manhattan's historic West Village. Susannah sold her wares at the Brooklyn Flea for 6 years, further developing her line of hand crafted pottery and flour sack towels, while establishing a world wide following.
In 2016, with their wholesale and web businesses firmly established, Susannah, her husband (woodworker Michael Miritello) and son Theo relocated to her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Each piece is lovingly handcrafted out of high fired porcelain in our Cincinnati studio and screen printed or hand painted with one of Susannah's original designs.
