Del Toro is my maternal Great Grandmother's maiden name. She was a direct decedent of the ranchero family, and of Judge Agustin Olvera -- Olvera Street in Los Angeles in the original Spanish pueblo is named after him.

My family has been in Los Angeles, California since the early days of Spanish settlement. I feel like Los Angeles has inspired my creative life and my ancestral heritage infuses me with a love for this part of the world.
I am nomadic, traveling wherever the wind takes me, but Los Angeles is my true home and always serves to inspire me in surprising ways.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics, from Cal State Long Beach, and I attended Fashion Design School at Los Angeles Trade Tech, and Fashion Careers International.
