I love designing and making items that are beautiful, fanciful, useful and above all things -well made. If an item won't last, why buy it?

My inspiration comes from real life. I watch my kids playing and think...hmmm.... what if I made this? I strive to find things that will make life easier and maybe a bit prettier.

We need burp cloths with a new baby. Who says it has to be utilitarian?

The sock sack was born out necessity. I needed a way to keep from loosing those itty bitty baby socks in the wash. Then I realized the sack was a great way to store socks for each child and also a great way to keep hats, mittens, and scarves easily accessible.

My tutus-practical? Perhaps not. But don't they make you want to dance?

I live and dream in a house filled with the joyful noise of 4 children, a happy dog, purring cat and 4 squawking chickens. Life is crazy here. I wouldn't trade it for anything! I recharge by running, reading and knitting.
