hello! my name is carolyn. i believe that organizing your pencils or drinking morning coffee are little bits of everyday that can be vastly improved by a few stripes or a blast of color. with that in mind i paint, glaze or print each item in the tilly | maison shop by hand. i hope these pieces bring a little extra joy to your days.

what does tilly | maison stand for?
tilly is a family nickname. maison is simply french for home. these are things for your home, made by me, tilly. (and doesn't everything sound a little better in french?)

how long will it take my order to ship?
each item is painted to order. please allow 1-2 weeks for shipment.

can i get that thing in another color?
sure! send me a conversation and i'll set up a reserved listing for you.

what happened to that one limited edition tray? can i order one?
limited edition trays are my opportunity to experiment with an idea briefly, without too much commitment. sometimes paints or patterns are tricky to work with and it's just time to move on! don't worry though, i am always thinking about the next experiment.

what can these trays be used for?
