I've always loved to create. Whether its collecting buttons, scraps of fabric, or jeweled pieces, I've always been compelled to make something old into something new. Colors, patterns, textures, embellishments-- they've forever spoken to me. Feminine colors, shabby textures, bold floral patterns or simply anything out of the box draws intrigue and admiration within me. Payment
Payment is immediately required at the time the buyer purchases their item(s).
Sales tax will also be applied to Washington residents.

Shipping
While my shipping says I ship between 3 to 5 business days, I generally ship ONCE a week on Fridays depending upon my school/personal schedule. For instance, if you order on a Friday, your package won't be shipped out until the following Friday. If you order an item on a Monday, it would be shipped out on that proceeding Friday. However, it should not take me over a week to ship out your package.

If you are purchasing from another country, your item will also be shipped within the 3 to 5 days time frame. These items will be shipped through first class international which can take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

Regarding the shipping/handling cost, packaging materials, Etsy fees, and listing fees, etc. are factored in. I understand shipping can be expensive at times, but I'll do my best to keep shipping rates as low as possible for the convenience of my customers. :)

PLEASE double-check you have entered your correct/current address when placing an order. I will only ship to the address Etsy provides on your receipt. I cannot be held responsible if the item is shipped to another address based upon the accidental placement of an address.

I ship from USPS first class shipping, but I also offer priority mail to give my buyers options which comes with up to fifty dollars of insurance. :) If you wish to insure your package has a safer travel, PLEASE consider purchasing priority mail with insurance.

I will also provide tracking automatically, and when I receive the number I will send it you, the buyer, via convo, so that way you can keep track of your package during its travel.

Reservations
If you would like to purchase an item but cannot provide the payment at the designated time, you may convo me here on Etsy and request to have your item reserved. I will more than happily reserve your item up to two weeks to allow you time to make your purchase. However, if you do not purchase your item by the end of your two weeks, I will have to take down your reservation request. Please feel free to convo me so I can make the arrangements! :)

Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are final. These are handmade one of a kind items, so PLEASE look at the listings carefully with great consideration before purchasing. The only exception of a return, refund, exchange, etc. would be if a purchased item was damaged during transit in which pictures must be sent to me as proof, or in the event of a package failing to arrive to its destination. In this instance, a decent-sized discount on another item would be made instead of an actual refund and/or exchange. The discounted item would be the same price as the item damaged/lost or lower. These incidents would be handled by a case by case basis, depending upon the severity of issue.

PLEASE convo me first regarding the issue so we can work something out and come to a resolution. :) Ultimately, we want customers to be satisfied and receive fair treatment if such incidents occur. From my own personal experiences with USPS, I have only had positive results when sending packages. Thank you for understanding!

Materials
I do my best to provide safe jewelry with nickel free materials. Most of my supplies such as eyepins, eye-screws, jump rings, lobster clasps, and chains are all nickel free. I also use a variety of beads in my pieces ranging from plastic, resin, metal, glass, etc. However, I cannot say what is contained in any of my vintage/antique materials (such as beads/pendants). Please be aware of this. In each listing I provide a description of what materials are used, what is new and vintage as well as what may or may not be nickel free. Due to some items being used or manufactured improperly, some items (such as beads) may have very minor wear marks. I try to use beads with the best quality. ALSO figures labeled upcycled means that they MAY have minor stain marks, signs of wear/loss of paint, etc. Please take this into consideration and view provided pictures in listings before you make your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Please keep in mind that ALL my items are handmade pieces of art. Jewelry in particular, is NOT to be worn during any rigorous activities, such as working out, swimming, running, etc. These intense activities may damage/break the materials used to create the jewelry. Like most jewelry, these items need to be handled with care. Please keep these items away from water, body spray in general, etc.
