Hello! Thanks for taking the time to learn a little bit more about me and my work!

My name is Keely Beth Finnegan. I live and work in the beautiful city of Florence, Alabama. I graduated from the University of North Alabama with a degree in Art in December of 2008. Since then I have been working part time as a barista in a local coffee shop to support myself while I do what a truly love, which is create.

My pendants developed out of an urge to combine my love of art and jewelry. I wanted to create "wearable art" and thus the idea for wire-wrapped glass pendants was born. My jewelry designs have expanded over the last few years to include river glass out of the Tennessee River and pendants that showcase stacked glass "bundles". I also create fine art, specifically paintings and drawings, and sell them locally here in Florence.

I am proud to announce that I participate annually in the juried shows, Art on the Square and the Monte Sano Art Show. I won *Best of Show* at Art on the Square in Athens, Al. 2007 for my jewelry designs.

*CUSTOM ORDERS
The price for custom pendants is $25.00 per pendant. I love custom orders, so if you see something that you like but you’d *love* in a different size/color/whatever just convo me and I’d be happy to make arrangements with you. I also take custom orders for initial/monogram pendants, sorority pendants, or any other design. I can also make a pendant for you from a photograph...again, just convo me and we will work out details! I’m pretty flexible when it comes to developing a pendant design, so like I said just contact me and I’m sure we can work something out. **Please allow up to two weeks for custom orders to be created, and additional time for shipping (although it usually doesn't take that long, and if you need it in a hurry just tell me and I'll see what I can do).

PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders that I cannot resell (for example, initial pendants, photos, and other highly personalized pendants) are non-refundable. If you order a custom pendant you will receive photos of it before the sale is finalized to make sure you love it.

*SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

PAYMENT: I expect payment to be made at the time of purchase, although I do honor Etsy's three-day policy. If for any reason you decide you no longer want to go through with the transaction, please contact me and I will cancel the sale (no hard feelings involved).

SHIPPING: I ship via USPS first class mail, using delivery confirmation when available, within 24-48 hours of receiving payment (excluding holidays and weekends). Insurance is not included in my shipping costs, but I recommend purchasing it (for an additional $1.65) because I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. If you want insurance on your package please let me know so that I can send you a revised invoice with the price of the insurance included in the shipping.

***Also please make sure that your mailing address listed on Etsy is up-to-date and accurate...I only ship to the Etsy address (unless asked specifically to do otherwise). Again, I am not responsible for mailing your order to the wrong address if that is the address that was given to me.

That said, if something strange happens in the mail I will do my best to work it out with you!

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I ship using First Class International...if you would like a different mailing service, please let me know and I will update the shipping costs. It may take 1-4 weeks, sometimes even longer, for you to receive your package(s). If customs seizes your packages there is nothing I can do, as delivery confirmation is not an option outside of the US. Please make sure you have received packages from the US before without a problem. Also, when shipping internationally sometimes new fees are added along the way, and these are the responsibility of the buyer. I pay shipping, but anything added on after that is not my responsibility.

*PACKAGING
Each Pendant is wrapped in tissue paper and sealed inside its own tiny plastic bag for the journey to your home. This bag is then put into a pretty organza bag...perfect for gift-giving or keeping your other jewelry treasures in! All pendants are mailed in bubble-wrap envelops to ensure their safe arrival to you.
***I AM NOW USING RECYCLED ENVELOPES WHENEVER POSSIBLE to help reduce the amount of garbage in our landfills. I will only use envelopes in good condition, and each one will be stamped with a recycle logo.

*RETURNS
I stand behind my work and if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please send it back to me in the condition in which you received it, within three days of its arrival, and I will refund your money minus the shipping costs. But please pay attention to item descriptions though, as I strive to accurately describe my items so you know what you are buying and you are happy with your purchase.

Also, if any pendant happens to break outside of its journey to your home, I will repair it for free. All you have to do is ship it to me!
