➤ Each item is lovingly created and printed by yours truly in our home studio in Malmö, Sweden. All items feature our own illustrations, watercolor paintings and fine art photography.
➤ General processing time is 1-5 business days. If your Etsy and Paypal addresses do not match, additional time may be required to verify proper shipping information.

Please pay for your order upon purchase through PayPal, with Credit Card or Etsy Gift Cards.
➤ If we do not receive payment within 3 days of purchase, we must cancel the sale. If you have any problems, contact us to let us know so we can work it out.
➤ Payment is expected before your order can be handled and shipped.
➤ If you are an *UNVERIFIED* buyer with an *UNCONFIRMED* Paypal address, you may be subject to a 3-5 day waiting period. You can ensure faster processing by creating a confirmed account.

A4 posters are packaged in a flat hard mailer.
A2 and A3 posters are sent in a hard mailing tube.

Orders will be shipped within 5 days of purchase, but usually much sooner. If we are on vacation (and cannot ship any products) you will see a note in the shop front page.
We will let you know when your order has shipped.
If you want express delivery or tracking please send us a convo and we will get back to you with a quote of the extra cost added to the shipping.

Your country of residence *may* charge customs/duty fees on parcels. Sadly, we have no control over such fees, and they vary dramatically, so please check with your local post office before ordering if you have concerns.
