Yes, I do custom orders!
Oops! My package was sent to the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?
I'm terribly sorry but there is no way for me to verify this claim. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your address entered into the Etsy and Paypal systems correctly and, if an old address displays to notify me within 24 hours of ordering, so that I can make changes. Once the package leaves my care with the address indicated, it is not my responsibility and I must therefore ask that you repurchase your order.
Oh no! I was charged customs/duty/VAT on the parcel. Will you refund me?
Unfortunately, no, customs/duty/VAT is the responsibility of the buyer. I will also not mark parcels as anything in order to evade those costs, as it is actually illegal. For further information, please read Etsy's FAQ here: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/5023#Q5
Do you ship outside of North America?
I will, on a per request basis. Please just send me a convo and I will create a custom listing for you. kindly bear in mind though, I will only ship with tracking and insurance to protect both of us, and it can be fairly expensive (estimates I've done for a necklace have been approximately $50+ for a tracked international packet). I cannot guarantee how long it will take to reach you once shipped, or whether or not it is stopped/held by customs.
Why are your shipping prices so high?
I offer both tracking and insurance via Canada Post with every parcel shipped, and my prices reflect that. I will refund overages of $3.50 and over.
