3 out of 5 starsThis probably warrants a negative vs neutral feedback. But I've never given either. Long story short: first package never arrived. It was determined to have been lost in the mail. Seller said she would ship a second package. The second package also got lost in the mail... Seller stopped responding to my concerns. She finally refunded me after I put in a non delivery. Super frustrating experience.

5 out of 5 starsPouch ordered 8/29 and received 10/3. After weeks of disappointed trips to the mailbox, son is finally happy. Seller refunded money, but I will return her 1/2 of the purchase (at one point she offered a half refund as an apology for the delays -- that seems fair to me). It's a nice pouch, but it was a frustrating experience.
