Lotus Jewelry Studio began in 2007 based on a mission of producing beautifully handcrafted jewelry for the every day woman. Since then they have provided their ultra-feminine pieces to thousands of retailers, both large and small, across the globe. Today their wholesale devision continues to thrive and expand in new and exciting markets, meeting the needs of cost conscious buyers everywhere.

As one of the co-founders, Courtney Legenhausen has been the driving force behind the design evolution for Lotus Jewelry Studio. Drawing on her upbringing in a small west coast beach town Courtney creates her jewelry pieces to reflect her laid-back and peaceful lifestyle. Her designs are often inspired by the materials themselves as she brings to life the powerful nature of natural stones and the raw elements of metal. She also finds inspiration from her worldly travels as well as nature and the beauty of the human spirit. She leans heavy on her business partner/husband, Erik Legenhausen who is the Chief Operating Officer at LJS. Erik brings his extensive knowledge and history in the jewelry industry and is the innovator and “let’s get it done” half of this power house team.
