My designs are endless...The color combinations, styles, materials. I enjoy the possibilities. I try to design my items with a more affordable pricing. Please contact me if you have a style or color requirement. Most ribbons and embellishments shown can be applied to other baskets or pillows. I try to show the colors and variations in flower styles, but I am very versatile. Anxious to work with you.

I always try to give my customers 150%. I strive on communication, however, it is important that you make sure that you communicate thoroughly with me also, so that we both understand what you can expect from me. If you have a problem with your purchase please contact me I will do my best to make it right.

RING BEARER PILLOWS: My ring bearer pillows are hand made and sized larger than most. I make the pillows 9 x 9 " but can make larger or smaller by request. If you are purchasing a ring bearer pillow and are expecting larger than what I offer normally, please contact me about size needed and pricing before purchasing.

FLOWER GIRL BASKET SIZING: Most flower girl baskets are sized for the very small girl. When considering purchasing a Flower Girl Basket please make sure you look at the measurements and age recommendations for each basket. Sizes and age recommendations are clearly stated on the listings. I even have categories in my store showing baskets appropriate for different ages. If you have questions about the size, please contact me before purchasing. I have several different size baskets to offer from toddler flower girls up to age 12+ years of age. I do have photos so you can actually see sizing of different baskets with age of child.

COLORS: Please keep in mind. When you have unique color requests or special names for the colors that Designers put on their styles, these are not always available or if they are not always in the same dye lot and may not match your precise requirements or requests in the form of silk, satin or organza flowers or bows. I do my best to meet your expectations and converse extensively with you before a "Reserved Listing" is placed online for you, to make sure we both understand what is going to be created for you. Sometimes it is an unrealistic expectation to have that exact accent color match that just cannot be fulfilled exactly. Designers have their own color names that don't necessarily match ribbon color names.

White/Ivory-The ivory flower girl baskets are generally a light ivory. Please understand a light ivory is still ivory.

SHIPPING: Currently, orders take 5+ days to create and ship. I work by myself, nothing is premade unless the listing indicates this. Special orders and requests may take longer depending on special requests and if special materials need to be ordered. Those will be discussed before the transaction is generally made. If you need your order rushed, please discuss this with me. Overpayment of shipping charges are refunded once items are combined and packaged.

RETURNS:
I do not accept returns unless of course there is a error on my part. I will require a photo from you showing the error or problem with the order before I will accept it back. I have found in the past the items the customer received are not returned in the same condition or packaged the same it is sent to the bride. They are damaged or soiled and are not resellable. If a return is made and is not authorized and no error on my part refund will not be reimbursed for shipping charges and a $5 restocking fee will be added.


EXCHANGES: On occasion when a bride receives her items she finds the color ribbon did not meet her expectations. To exchange colors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for adjustment as well as reshipping costs. Items for exchange must be returned for exchange within 7 days of receipt and received back in original condition or price will be adjusted.
