Announcement    Each of my pieces are carefully designed and created with great passion. I strive to make jewelry that is unique, or even a bit unusual, but I always pay attention to ergonomics, comfort, and durability. I particularly enjoy applying the finishing touches to my pieces, and even though many of them look rough the surface textures are the result of very careful and detailed work. My choice of material always depends on the particular piece that I want to create. I am drawn primarily to metals, both precious and non-precious, but I also enjoy working with marble, Plexiglas, wood, bone, and whatever else I can get my hands on. Of all of these my favorite material is iron (or mild steel). I really enjoy the way iron looks, the way it behaves when I am forming it, and even its fragrance.
My pieces often reference traditional or ethnic jewelry, but are approached from a different point of view. I am inspired by historic artifacts, tools and architecture; objects that represent the struggle to survive and to leave something behind. I like simple, geometric forms, and iron especially gives me such great opportunities to play with those shapes and their variations. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions! For custom orders I am also available for skype appointments which I think is the most effective way to discuss details.

Enjoy my shop! Thank you for your interest! :)
