When I contacted the shop to find out what was going on, they responded immediately and apologetically, and took swift action to resolve the situation. The card-drying rack is absolutely perfect. It's well-made, thoroughly sanded, and is exactly what I need for cardmaking! Thank you so much; I'm absolutely delighted!
