**Please provide all info or this will delay or cancel your order, WE are not responsible for incorrect addresses or packages marked delivered. If a package is marked delivered please check your local post office because they will be able to track where the package was left.

Delivery Time:
While we do our best to get your items to you promptly, we can only guarantee the ship date, not the delivery date. Keep in mind that delivery times can be affected by various factors, including the US Postal Service's performance, holidays and weather or lack of correct address.

US Postal Service Delays:
We are aware that the US Postal Service can experience some delays. It's also possible that package tracking may not be regularly updated, Please don't be alarmed if you notice this issue. It is most likely on it''s way without being scanned at each stop. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Personalization:
If you're customizing your order, please make sure to include all the necessary personalization information in the provided personalization boxes. For luggage tags, remember to include the information you want printed on the back. Failure to provide complete information may result in delays in processing your order or cancelation of your order.

Shipping Time: Typically, items will ship 3-5 days from the date of your order. To help us process your order efficiently, please include the necessary text and monogram information in the notes to the seller during checkout. If all information is not provided your item will be delayed or cancelled.

Priority Shipping:
If you're in a hurry to receive your items, you can select priority shipping, but please keep in mind that there's still processing time involved. If you have a specific date in mind that you need your order by, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Lost Items Due to the Airlines Handling:
Unfortunately we all know that the airlines and airports are brutal with baggage. Therefore I cannot replace lost or broken luggage tags due to rough handling or being snagged in the bag claim belt. Each bag is given a secure loop to attach to your bag. Keeping items safe from the airlines is a constant battle with all retailers that provide travel items that are subject to baggage handlers and baggage claim belts.
