I am sending your pillow out today. I have communicated with you throughout the time frame, letting you know the reasons I could not send it. My brother-in-law passing from pancreatic cancer, my father-in-law in hospital with pneumonia & our two mothers that were having issues dealing with each?...I am so sorry & not proud of my tardiness, but to have to leave a poor comment, I do pretend to understand?.....I will be issuing you a full refund today. I love my pillow! I saw it last year after Halloween, and saved it as a favorite to order this season! It is beautifully done... it is brighter than this, as I used a darker filter to make a dramatic photo- and the lightness against my neutral colors look very rich... Thank you, Heidi!🎃
