Payment
I accept only Paypal payments for the moment, but if you require a different payment method convo me and most likely we can work something out.
The deadline for payment is 24 hours.
Cancelling an order is possible if done within 5 hours of placing it. If the order is cancelled after the parcel has been shipped I will offer a refund in exchange for the parcel being sent back to me.

Shipping
Every order is packed with care, protected by a plastic sleeve and recycled cardboard sheet and sent in a cardboard envelope. Usually with a little extra something!
Gift wrapping is available free of charge on request. I am happy to ship to a separate address as a gift.
I usually ship the same or the following working day and if delayed will contact you. I ship with Royal Mail standard airmail delivery anywhere in the world.
For the moment I don't offer expedited or courier delivery (but convo me if you have special requirements and we can work something out.) Orders are not trackable and the customer is responsible for paying any taxes or customs fees incurred.
