Photographs of Memories, Dreams and Whimsy

I've always taken photographs but something happened in 2005. After years of reading about and longing to visit, I took a dream vacation to Scotland. As a result, my love of photography became something I wanted to share with others and KClarkPhotography was born. My photographs let my imagination take flight and the titles and stories about the images tell the tales.

Memories: When I'm working with my camera I find inspiration in many places. Around my own cottage my vintage/country/shabby decor is constantly sharing secrets. I'll stop and listen to stories an old item has to tell. This is where the Memories come into the shop.

Dreams: When I travel the Dreams take flight. It may be tramping over the Scottish Highlands or looking through a castle window. Perhaps next to a river in the Hill Country of my native Texas. I can always find a story to imagine or find the setting from a favorite novel realized right in front of me.

Whimsy: You'll find my sense of fun crop up fairly regularly in the shop. I can't resist the quirky and smile worthy that I find and frankly I wouldn't want to. My sense of humor and unique way of vewing the world makes me who I am.
