1 out of 5 stars***BUYER BEWARE*** This is an “if it breaks it’s yours” shop even if it breaks in shipping. You don’t have to believe me and the seller will probably give a rebuttal but it’s the truth. There is a skimpy 4 day return window and items may be pictured to hide defects (mine was: frayed string-smell-spots-weak joints and wear). The necklace i ordered arrived broken but there must be transparent proof (refusing broken shipment at delivery but item was left in my mailbox ). Etsy said they would help multiple times saying this would be handled but in the end did nothing. Repairs were made that took the original clasp off and even changed the color from gold to silver and this was allowed. A partial refund was offered but then denied. My case was permanently closed when she shipped. I’m left with a $700 necklace i hate.

A person who abruptly returns a necklace with no reason, wants to rush a refund asap, only for me find a returned shipment with a broken necklace in it (when you were not forth coming about any break until I asked you WHY it was broken). The box showed no sign of damage from shipping, the break was from a person tugging or pulling on the wrong parts of the necklace to get the clasp open, (soldered wrings were torn). Not to mention a month of a case being open where to feel fit to verbally bash me. Necklace was a one of a kind pear necklace in amazing condition (pictures don't lie Ann). I can understand why Etsy sided with me, SELLERS BEWARE.
