5 out of 5 starsThu arrived safely and has had a light snack on the neighbours soul. He has built himself a nest of the scorched bones of our enemies and look set to be a useful and helpful member of our little team. His early morning trick of leaping onto the bed and attempting to feast on our eyeballs is a little disconcerting, but I'm sure he'll respond to basic training :-)

We ship standard delivery from the UK. Felties are always despatched within 3 days of purchase and if there are going to be delays I always convo to advise of this.
Typically it takes 7-10 days internationally but allow up to 3 weeks to arrive as customs can be tricky please allow plenty of time for your order to come, especially if its for a special occassion.
I ship all my items in a Chinese gift box in a brand new bubble envelop or jiffy bag, larger orders are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.
Where ever possible I try to recycle packaging to help the environment and to keep postal costs down. Please reuse your jiffy bag and help save a tree!
We like trees we want to save as many as possible!
