Art as Communion reflects my desire to weave a story of the support of God , One Mind, Source Energy, through symbols and metaphor. It is my intention that what I make reminds you of your connection to Spirit, a reminder that we do not walk alone, that we are supported by the legions of unseen friends, and the magic of the unknown that whispers softly to each and everyone of us.
I offer information and products that make those connects readily tangible through sight reminders –jewelry, paintings, as well as energetic "readings". When I tune into another persons energy I see a story told through metaphor and symbols, sometimes whole compositions; compositions so strongly etched in my mind that I am compelled to paint them. The imagery I use of goddesses, gods, deities and animals is not a worship of those gods as idols, but rather the energy, attributes, and symbolism that they represent, what Plato and later Carol Jung called the archetype.
