I love the item. Was just not very happy with the service. I understand the maker had recently had surgery and was apparently incapacitated by this, I DO understand how that happens. But each time I requested a status update and was told the item was shipping that day or soon, she refused to supply tracking info. The item(s) were for a Christmas gift, so I really needed to know if they would arrive in time, or if not, it would give me the opportunity to prepare an alternate gift. Simple request, yes? I just felt like I had a very difficult time extracting a tracking number from this maker, and even if it was going to be delayed for whatever reason, just an honest answer rather than the song & dance I was getting, including being told she "doesn't do tacking #'s". Uh...and you sell on Etsy?????

I love my Maddie personalized angel ornament. It so much looks like/reminds us of our dear departed Maddie, a very special member of our family for more than 13 years. The angel ornament is very nicely made, and looks so much like our Madeline.
