Do you accept cancellations?
FOR ENGRAVING ORDERS:

If I have not begun work on your order, then I do accept cancellations. Once I begin work on your order, I cannot accept cancellations. Engraving is permanent and the item(s) cannot be returned to inventory.
FOR OTHER ORDERS:

I accept cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. If your order has not shipped, I will refund both the cost of the merchandise and shipping.
If you don't want the order and it has been shipped, you will need to wait until the order arrives and then return it at your expense. Once I receive your return, I will refund the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping is not refunded in this case.
Do you provide proofs?
Not sure how it will look? Request a proof or mock-up so you can see what the engraving will look like. Up to two mock-ups are included in the item price.
How are monograms engraved?
Monograms are engraved in this order - first name initial, last name initial, middle name initial. The last name initial is larger than the other two.
For example, Mary Ellen James would be engraved MJE with the J larger than the M or E. Please be specific about which initial you want where.
You can always have three initials engraved in first, middle, last name order. In this situation, they will all be the same size.
Choosing cursive fonts
Cursive or script fonts can be elegantly beautiful when used in the right situations.
Names or words engraved with a cursive font look best with either a leading uppercase letter and the rest lowercase or all letters lowercase.
The appearance of initials in uppercase or lowercase will depend on the initials to be engraved and the font selected. Fatter letters like B, H, K, M will work differently than skinny letters like I, J and L.

What happens if my order is returned because of an address problem?
I ship to the address you provide when you place the order and I am not liable if that address is incorrect and your package is not delivered because of it. If this happens and the package is returned to me by USPS, I will contact you to get the correct address.
I will re-ship the merchandise to the correct address, however there will be an additional charge for shipping the order out a second time.
How do you ship?
Orders are shipped via USPS to the address on the order unless UPS or FedEx are requested in advance. If orders are returned in the mail, there will be an additional charge for shipping the order out a second time.
