This production partner makes premium sashes in fine satin that we embellish here in the US, and some sashes that are printed also. Most sash sellers use a piece of ribbon. We don't. We have our partner sew double layer fine satin sashes that will be a keepsake long after the event.

How quickly can you ship? What is your turnaround time?
We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from the suburbs of Seattle, WA. All orders are shipped out, including custom orders, within one business day of receiving the order at no extra charge!
Sizing Information
Our apparel are women's cut items and we find they run true to size. However, sizing can be so subjective. We recommend reviewing the size charts within the listing and reading the description within the body of the listing for clarification, but message us in Etsy Messages if you need more info.
How long does delivery take? Can you ship faster?
We ship all orders within one business day (excluding holidays). Standard delivery takes about 5-7 business days (including Saturdays; excluding holidays) to deliver. The package will ship via USPS (post office). At checkout we do offer to upgrade your shipping to Expedited Shipping via USPS. Expedited Shipping takes about 2-4 business days (including Saturdays; excluding holidays) to deliver. Once the post office has the package, we have no control on when they'll deliver. Therefore, we give ETA dates for delivery. Make sure to order in enough time for your party in case of unexpected delays. Double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for deliveries to a wrong address provided.
What happens if my order arrives late or damaged?
Shop with confidence! If your order arrives late or damaged message us in Etsy Messages right away! The carrier does not share information with us once shipped so if something is wrong, we won't know about until we hear from you. Ways to minimize issues is ensuring to order with plenty of time for your party. If the order is damaged in any way we will make it right! Just provide any photos of the damage so we can assess the best course of action.
My package is marked delivered, but I don't have it?
We are not responsible for missing packages, but we'll help you to the best of our abilities to file a claim or resolve the issue. Make sure the address provided is correct with any apartment number. If the order is shipped with the address provided and the address is wrong you are responsible for any added charges. If the address is correct keep a few things in mind. The carrier sometimes will mark a package as delivered, but will deliver it the next day or two. Please wait to see if it turns up. Carriers are human and can make errors. Check with your neighbors to see if someone else received the package. If your still experiencing problems message right away in Etsy Messages.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No, sorry we do not ship outside the US. We only ship within the United States or US Territories i.e. Puerto Rico. No exceptions. We're not set up to ship internationally.
