Welcome to our shop! we are happy that you stopped by and hope you like the range of products we have on offer. If you would like a special custom design, please contact us and we can arrange something.

**We do take custom orders, but they will only be held on reserve for 2 weeks unless otherwise arranged. We have a high number of people placing custom orders and then never purchasing**

Payment

We only use Paypal due to most our customers being international and bank transfer costs being too high. All major credit cards are accepted through Paypal.

Shipping

SHIPPING: all packages are sent with standard postage plus tracking for extra security, and the time it takes to reach you will vary from country to country. If you would like your tracking number, just send us an email and we will send it to you. We are not responsible for lost post or any damage that occurs during shipping. We ensure that every product is in perfect condition when it leaves us. If damage does occur and you would like it fixed please let us know so we can repair it or send a replacement.

Please be aware that in some cases it might take from a few weeks to a couple of months for your package to reach you (not sure why). If you are planning your purchase as a gift to someone at a certain time, consider ordering a few weeks in advance in case of delay.

Included in all packages are information about natural jewellery and how to care for it. It is the responsibility of the wearer to listen to their body and discontinue wearing our jewellery if reaction or sensitivity occurs.
