Shipping

DISPATCH TIME:
Camera straps are always shipped within 1-3 working days.
Remember,if you place an order on friday evening, you'll have to wait a little bit longer, as the order is treated as if it was placed on monday.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND SHIPPING RANGE:
I always use Etsy settings/addresses, so please make sure that your Etsy address is correct. If you need your items to be delivered to some other address please let me know via Etsy conversation.

Of course I do ship internationally with no exclusions :)

SHIPPING METHOD:
I ALWAYS ship via airmail/priority registered mail.
Please contact me if you need your order to be fully trackable and shipped via the Global Express service.

TRACKING:
Even tho I use registered mail, full tracking is very often not available for international services, due to different postage rules and tracking patterns. You usually can only check if the package left Polish customs area safely so please contact me ALWAYS before you fill out a claim form and report a non-delivery case on Etsy and when your package seems to be late or lost!!!

UNDELIVERED ITEMS:
Undelivered items always come back to me within ca. 1 month. I always contact buyer when I get returned mail and describe the problem in details.

I gladly accept custom orders-not only concerning the size of a strap but also the whole ideas for a new strap design or other unique item, so feel free to contact me if you need something specially done for you.
