The ornament I purchased is beautiful, but delivery took a bit longer than I was expecting. Had to contact seller twice before she responded that she thought she'd already shipped my item but would definitely ship that afternoon via priority mail so my item would arrive sooner. Order was postmarked the next afternoon and sent via first class mail (not priority). I understand delays, but I would have at least appreciated better communication.
