I sell only natural supplies with no synthetics.Some of them are commercially made, some are handmade by me.

Orders paid via Paypal must be submitted in full within 10 days of purchasing. Orders not paid for within this time will unfortunately be canceled. Paypal allows the convenience of an automatic receipt upon payment and quick settlement of your bill allows me to be able to ship your items to you equally as fast.
NOTICE: All my items ships from Latvia, EU. In some countries outside EU my items can be objects of customs- in this cases buyer takes all responsibility to pay all customs fees.

PURCHASES MADE FROM 24TH JUNE TILL 16TH JULY WILL BE DISPATCHED ONLY ONCE IN WEEK, ON MONDEY
Usually I ship to your Paypal address, if you want us to send item to other (Etsy) address please let me know in the same day you make purchase.
I don’t take responsibility for lost items while shipped. If item will be lost officially I pay you money back. More of my items is made one of a kind and it can be impossible to replace it. If you don’t receive it within 4 - 6 weeks let me know and I will try to find a solution (there is an option to write a complaint in post office if you do not receive it within a month, then they do tracking and if they do not find package after 1 - 3 months they return money.
I do shipping at least once in a week.
