The item will be shipped after receipt of payment.
Payment should be made immediately after the checkout. If payment is not received within 5 days, I will cancel the sale and relist item. If you need more time for making payment, please inform me in advance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES charged by recipient country are recipient's responsibility.

All of my items will be securely packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from payment received. All parcels are shipped via registered priority mail. Please convo me if you need express shipping.
International shipping usually takes up to 3 weeks but sometimes it might take a bit longer.
Holiday shipping takes even longer.
I always inform visitors of my shop about my vacation in the shop announcement and in this case add extra time for shipping.
I only include into shipping costs postal expenses, but not packaging. I'm saving money for both me and my clients so I make a very simple package, often using recycled but only clean boxes, envelopes and other packing material (thus thinking about our Earth too) and I only make special gift packing under special requirements and an extra charge (unless stated otherwise in the items description).

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
