General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The copyright of the designs of the products, the pictures and the logo "AimeeRouge" created and offered by myself lies exclusively with me. The reproduction, imitation and sale of counterfeit images and products is expressly prohibited.
The copying, use or duplication of my ideas and motifs is not permitted.
§ 1
Scope & Defence Clause
(1) For the legal relationships established via this Internet shop between the operator of the shop (hereinafter referred to as "provider") and its customers, the following General Terms and Conditions in the respective version at the time of the order apply exclusively.
(2) Deviating general terms and conditions of the customer are rejected.
§ 2
Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of the goods in the Internet shop does not constitute a binding offer by the provider to conclude a purchase contract. The customer is thereby only asked to submit an offer by placing an order.
(2) By sending the order in the Internet shop, the customer makes a binding offer aimed at the conclusion of a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. By submitting the order, the customer also acknowledges these terms and conditions as solely decisive for the legal relationship with the provider.
(3) The provider confirms receipt of the customer's order by sending a confirmation e-mail. This order confirmation does not yet represent the acceptance of the contract offer by the provider. It only serves to inform the customer that the order has been received by the provider. The declaration of acceptance of the contract offer is made by the delivery of the goods or an express declaration of acceptance.

Postage costs are always indicated, additional costs such as e.B. for goods not accepted are to be borne by the buyer. Ordered goods must be paid in advance. It will not be shipped by cash on delivery. Self-collection possible (please clarify first by mail).
4. Delivery times
The goods will always be shipped within 3-5 working days after receipt of the order, or in the case of advance payment within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. Custom-made products / individualizations will be treated separately. Please request delivery time by e-mail here.
5. Transfer of risk
The risk shall pass to the buyer upon arrival.

In accordance with § 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the data required in the context of business transactions are processed and stored by means of a computer system in accordance with § 33 (BDSG). Personal data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
11. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Düsseldorf.

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.B. letter, fax, e-mail) or – if the item is handed over to you before the deadline – by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of reciprocal delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjunction with Atikel 246 § 3 EGBGB. To comply with the revocation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the item is sufficient.

Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.B interest) shall be surrendered. If you are unable to return the received service to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply to the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the item is exclusively due to its inspection – as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. In all other respects, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as your property and refraining from anything that impairs its value.
Payment can be made by PayPal, prepayment, cash (upon collection).
Until full payment of the purchase price, I reserve the ownership of the goods.

The pictures are individually painted, there may be a deviation from the current image in the color and expression of the motif for each motif. This is not a reason for revocation and return.
