1 out of 5 starsOrdered “natural”, expected it to be as pictured (letter “B”). What I received is a cheaper rope that is greenish looking. Definitely not as expected and disappointed with what I received. I see there is another review similar review to mine. Not worth my effort to return.

Listing states that all rope to make letters is recycled, and thus can have slight color variations. We don't have "cheaper rope" and and always ask customers to reach out to us personally to see if we can make it right if they are unhappy with their order. Hundreds of people have left us 5star reviews for this same product. It is important to read the listing so you, the customer know what you are ordering that way your expectations are met.
