This is one of the coolest things I own ! My mom has the same one from the 1960's and I remember her using it to make the most outstanding rav's when I was little. Now I get to share making them with my 4 yr. old who LOVES using the rolling pin over the top of the dough to cut them. So perfect, so wonderfully fun and "old-fashioned". Simple also.
