The items are shipped in 1-5 business days after the payment is received. The HANDMADE TO ORDER items are shipped in 2 - 3weeks after the payment is received.
- The shipping fee includes the handling fee as well.
- All the items are shipped by the registered mail.
- Typically it takes up to 2 weeks to ship internationally so please allow plenty of time for your order to come, especially if it is for a special occasion. European customers can expect their parcel in one week.
- I always use the address from your Etsy receipt, so if you want that the package was shipped to the other address, please write me a note or send me a convo.
- Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
- HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please, make your holiday purchases as fast as you can, because the post in these months can be slow. I am not responsible if the purchase do not arrive at time! Thanks :)
- Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for the parcel's time in customs. Even though I ship promptly, delays can occur due to customs or mail work, weather conditions or any other circumstances that are beyond my control, therefore the shipping time may extend even up to 6 or more weeks.

Colors you see on your monitor are not always the same as the real item. It depends on your monitor, so I cannot give you a guarantee that your monitor display the colors in the right way.
