Shipping
All items are usually ready to ship the same day or in 1-3 business days (except holidays and weekends) after You order and payment is cleared. If for any reason it might take longer You will be informed immediately. Once Your order is shipped you will get a tracking number. You will be able to track your package online.
Please keep in mind, that scanning of small packages is not compulsory when they are shipped outside the EU. Therefore, not all tracking information might be available.
Your order will be shipped to the address You indicate when buying.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT! Otherwise Your package may return to Lithuania or even get lost. If it comes back to Lithuania damaged or get lost we will not be able to issue a refund.
Standard shipping might take up to 30 business days, therefore if You want to be sure You get Your order on time and it does not get lost - use expedited shipping.
We can also ship with UPS, EMS courier. If you would like your item to be shipped using expedited shipping- contact us, we calculate the price and arrange it.
Most of the orders take 1-3 working days to process. If it might take longer we will send you a notification. If you place your order on weekend or late Friday night, that means that it might be shipped only on Wednesday. Usually, we try to ship orders as soon as possible but we are a small team, therefore sometimes we do not manage to ship them the same or next day. Also mind the time difference between your country and Lithuania.
All items are shipped via priority mail service. Items should be received between 4-32 business days, depending on Your location. Items should reach the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand in 15 business days (except holidays and weekends), however sometimes it might take up to 3-4 weeks. Packages usually reach countries within the EU in 4-7 business days.
We are not responsible for any delays due to disruption in postage services. We ship our products with national postage services then it is handed to postage services in the recipient's country. We cannot influence their work. We only thing we can do is to fill in formal inquiry if the package is missing.
!!! We strongly recommend to choose expedited shipping for valuable items, as items might get lost (this is not often, however, sadly it happens) when shipping with ordinary mail. It would be a great loss for us, as well as You. Usually we are not able to resolve issues with missing packages when they travel far, and refund them !!!
!!! Please keep in mind, that there may be additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for international buyers !!! Buyers are responsible for them!
