Well, that varies quite a bit. If you purchase a premade design and you've given me all of the required info (Title, Author Name, etc) I can usually have your cover ready within 48 hours. If you've ordered a custom book cover, it really depends on a lot of things, like collaborating until we agree on the actual design, the back and forth of looking at mockups I've created, etc. It can take days, it can take weeks, it really depends. If you have a hard deadline for your cover to be finished, please let me know upfront.

I offer unlimited revisions...yes, you read that correctly, UNLIMITED. Basically, I will work on your cover until you're completely, 100% satisfied. I don't charge any extra fees or hourly rates for revisions.

Why, yes, yes I can :) If you see a premade in my shop or on my website that you love, but it doesn't quite fit your book, send me a convo and tell me what you need. It may require you to pay a bit more than the advertised price for the changes, though.

Yes, I do! If you've ordered an ebook cover from me OR if you already have an ebook cover you purchased from another source, with the required info (formatted page count, trim size, paper color, etc) I can design a spine and back cover to go with your front cover, otherwise known as a print spread. If you'd like to purchase that, please go to the Add-Ons section in my shop and add the Print Add-On to your cart.

Well, obviously, the basics: Title, Author Name, Series Name, etc. But, most importantly, I need to know what you'd like your cover to look like. It helps if you tell me the genre of your book, whether you'd like characters on the cover, setting, tone, all of that, basically.

Well, when designing a custom cover, I usually make several designs to show the author/publisher, these are called mockups. The author/publisher usually chooses one they like and we go from there to perfect it to their liking.

That leaves me with a lot of unused designs, which I've spent good, long hours on, just sitting in folders on my computer. I turn a lot of them into premades to sell in my shop and website. I usually change some things, especially if there are elements that were very specific to the original custom design needs.

So, if you're ordering a custom cover from me, know that I reserve the right to sell unused designs in my shop and website.

That's fine :) I usually don't share any new covers on social media until I've seen the author/publisher share it. However, I do add new covers to my portfolio on a semi-regular basis. But, no need to worry about that! I don't think enough people look at that to spoil your cover reveal :)

But if you'd really rather I not add anything to my portfolio until you've revealed your cover, just let me know.

Yes, I do mostly use stock photos. I do a lot of compositing and manipulation to make them less "stocky". Occasionally, I'll use an original photo or illustration, but mostly stock photos.

All images used to create a design are included in your purchase, there are no additional image fees!
