When will my order ship?

What's the estimated shipping time to the US?

What's the estimated shipping time outside the US ?

The estimated shipping outside the US is usually 2-6 business days (Via DHL or FedEx)
Will i be getting a tracking number for my shipment ?

Yes! you will receive a tracking number and you will be able to track your package in the carrier website
OH NO !!! I entered the wrong size or address in my order, PLEASE HELP!

Don't worry! Simply contact us right away so we can make a new size or change the address
If we already shipped your order:

Wrong Address - It's too late to change the address at that point, however If the package is returned to sender, we will reship it to the correct address you will provide.
Wrong Size - You can always send the package back to our studio and we will resize the item for you.
Can you send me photos of optional gemstones before i place my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to take photos of our gemstones, our studio is super busy creating and packaging customers orders and we just don't have the human resources to take photos or keep the stones aside while waiting for response, Sorry :)
Can you create my dream jewelry and customize something just for me?

YES!!! our favorite orders are custom projects, if you have something in mind that you dream of or even a photo from a jewelry you lost in the past and you want us to recreate it, you are more than welcome to contact us so we can do it together :)

What's the difference between each metal type?

We put great attention to our quality and make all of our jewelry to last longer and for daily use.
14k Gold Filled - Thick layer of gold on nickel-free brass metal , usually last 2-6 years
925 Sterling Silver - Solid 925 sterling silver without any coating on it
14k Gold Over Silver - Thick 2.5 micron of gold coating on 925 sterling silver , usually last for 2-5 years .
14 Rose Gold Filled - Thick 3 micron of rose gold coating on nickel-free brass , usually last 1-4 years .
Rhodium Over Silver - Grey/white layer of Rhodium over 925 sterling silver , usually last for 1-4 years
White Palladium - Thick 3.5 micron of white palladium on top of 925 sterling silver, usually last for 2-5 years
18k / 24k Gold Vermeil - Thick 3.5 micron of gold coating on top of 925 sterling silver, usually last for 2-5 years
14k Yellow/White/Rose gold - Solid gold (real gold) , last forever.

The estimated shipping to the US is 5-8 business days, we ship with our own logistic company in California and our unique shipping method skips most of the long international procedures and therefore we are able to offer you fast and secure shipping.
What's the estimated shipping time outside the US ?
The estimated shipping outside the US is usually 8-16 business days.
Will i be getting a tracking number for my shipment ?
Yes! you will receive a tracking number and you will be able to track your package in your local post office website or here -

What's the difference between each metal type?

925 Sterling Silver - high quality silver, our recommendation is to buy a silver wipe and clean it every few months to renew it.
14k Gold Over Silver - base metal is 925 sterling silver and yellow gold filled on top , usually last for 2-4 years .
14 Rose Gold Filled - Base metal is nickel-free brass and bright pink on top, usually last 2-4 years .
Rhodium Over Silver - Thick layer of Rhodium over 925 sterling silver , usually last for 2-4 years and then you can stay with a beautiful sterling silver color.
14k yellow/white/rose gold - Real solid gold.
