5 out of 5 starsI love this pillow! It arrived SO quickly. I ordered in the evening on 3/25 and it arrived to NYC on 3/27. It was packaged so beautifully and would make a great gift. It’s exactly as described, high quality, and looks absolutely adorable in our nursery! I ordered an insert 2” longer and 2” wider than the pillow so it would look extra plush.

5 out of 5 starsI purchased two pillow covers from this shop and am really happy with the them! They are very well made—quality stitching and lovely fabric. I also love that the covers are two-sided (so many shops only do the front!). It is evident this shop takes pride in handmade craftsmanship.

Pillow inserts
If you are looking for a plump and filled out decorative pillow, I would recommend choosing a pillow insert 2”/5cm larger than the pillow cover (for example, choose a 20x20" insert for an 18x18" pillow cover). For pillows smaller than 18x18”/45x45cm and small lumbars, the insert can be 1"/2.5cm larger than the cover.
I would suggest that you buy the inserts from a local store in the dimensions you want. Unfortunately, I can't offer pillow inserts at this moment due to high shipping cost.
Custom sizes
If you want an item in a size that is not listed, feel free to send me a message about your request! Please note that customized sizes can't be returned.
Fabric samples
Before you place an order, please read the description of the item. You can find more details about the colour as well as the composition of the fabric.
I try to provide photographs that depict the colours as accurately as possible, however monitor settings are different and therefore colours may vary.
If you want to see the material before you purchase a pillow cover, please contact me. I’ll gladly send you a sample for free.
Outdoor pillows
The pillow covers are made of fabrics that are not waterproof (unless stated otherwise) and the direct sun exposure may affect their real colour. With that in mind, you can carefully place them in outdoor-covered areas.
Shipping and delivery time in Europe and North America
Orders are shipped from Athens, Greece via DHL Express Courier Service. You will receive a note with the tracking number as soon as I mail your parcel.

Europe: 1-4 business days
Please, provide your full name and street address during check-out (the courier service doesn't deliver to P.O. box).
*Surcharges may be applied by the courier service for delivery to small villages, islands and rural areas. Please understand that I can’t cover these additional fees. If you are requesting delivery to one of these 'remote locations', your order will be shipped via the National Postal Service with a tracking number and 6-15 business days for delivery.

Orders are shipped from Athens, Greece via Hellenic Post - International Registered Mail with a tracking number and a signature is required for the delivery.

You'll receive your parcel from your National Postal Service. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I can't guarantee them. You'll receive your parcel from your National Postal Service. I cannot guarantee that you can track it online after leaving Greece, this is provided by your country’s postal services. Please fill out your shipping information in Latin characters.
Customs and import taxes - Unclaimed parcels

Some countries may charge customs fees for imported goods. International buyers are responsible for any Custom Charges that may applied.
• Unclaimed parcels
Unclaimed parcels returned to me, will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and the import Customs fee that is applied when your delivery address is outside the European Union.
Returns
If you want to return your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must provide a tracking number for the return goods, as proof of shipment. I don't accept return items without consent.
I'll refund you the cost of the item once I receive it (shipping fee is non-refundable). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom or personalized orders and items on sale can't be returned. Orders can't be exchanged.
Packaging and gift wrapping
Every item comes in a cotton pouch bag, perfect for gift giving. If your purchase is to be sent directly to the recipient and you want to include a gift message, please leave me a note at checkout.
All packing materials are recyclable. For German customers, Anemoni Home Decor is registered in compliance with the VerpackG LUCID Act with registration number DE1436438651357 and dual system partner (Activate by Reclay) for the collection, sorting and recycling of packaging.
