5 out of 5 starsEven though I had an issue with this item, the shop refunded my full purchase price when I mailed them back. Etsy merchants are just the best and five stars goes to the shop for excellent customer service.

5 out of 5 starsThe "Opal" was definitely not a "Fire Opal" as described. Simple white stone. Still a nice pin, just not as described. UPDATE - Seller sent me the incorrect stick pin. She readily corrected the problem and I now have the stick pin that was advertised.
