For vintage and antique items, shipping is typically within 1-2 business days of payment. More often than not I ship the SAME DAY. Custom orders & beauty products may take additional time to ship & this will be determined by the seller & worked out with the buyer.

I do ship to FPO & AP addresses.

USPS First Class and/or Priority shipping, both with Delivery Confirmation, is used for most items. For larger items, breakables and items valued at $100 or more, insurance & signature confirmation is added. Due to size and/or weight, sometimes larger items are shipped via USPS Parcel Post.

Lost packages are a rare but unfortunate result of the busy world of online shopping & delivery. Extreme weather & holidays can also delay delivery of your package. Please let me know if your package has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS and/or other mail carriers & becomes their responsibility to deliver it safely to you. It is important to immediately alert & work with your local carriers to locate & retrieve your order if it has not been delivered in a timely fashion.

With vintage & antique purchases, all items may have natural imperfections, dings, dents, scratches, odors and/or show wear & patina due to age & use over time & are sold AS IS. This is the charm & character of buying vintage or antique (versus "new") & does NOT equate to damage. Please note that when you make a purchase, you are agreeing to this disclosure. I attempt to describe all items as accurately as possible. Each of my listings contains information on the condition of the vintage or antique item listed. All photographs are considered part of that description, so check them carefully. I am happy to answer any & all questions in advance or to provide additional photos to assure your confidence prior to purchasing an item.

I definitely will ship items to Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand. Please just email me BEFORE purchasing so I can give you a quote on shipping costs. It is easier for me to determine that on an individual basis, rather than for every item in my shop. Thank you!

Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Paypal & credit cards are the preferred method of payment. Please make sure you have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS with your Paypal account & are a verified member as this will expedite shipping. Items are shipped after confirmed address & verified payment are received.

I only use customer information to fulfill orders. I do not store or use customer information for any other purpose. Information such as name, address, and email address is not stored on my personal computer. All communication, the transaction process, and anything else related to you and your purchase from my shop relies solely on the Etsy platform, the services of your chosen payment method, and the shipping service used to deliver your order.

* Shifting & settling of skin products will occur during shipping.
