Cookies range from 3"to 4"
Shipping
I do require that my customers give me a at least a 3 week notice and up to 3 months. You may notice a different estimated delivery date once you place your order please just disregard that it will be adjusted once the order is place.
When mailing out the cookie I mailed them out at least a week in advance so that way they arrive in time with no issues especially if there is a weather delay or a holiday.
We are not responsible for loss, damage or delay by the postal service.
When to order?
Please place orders no less then 3 weeks before event date. Order will be shipped the week before event date.
Make sure to include the date needed in hand in notes section/personalization section.
Care instructions
Once Cookies have arrive please inspected and just leave in box till event date.
Are they individually wrapped
Yes cookies are individually wrapped and sealed for freshness
How will my cookies be packed?
Cookies are packaged in sealed cellophane bags, (some cookies are packaged more than one to a bag depending on style of cookie and size of order.) They are then nestled in layers of bubble wrap. While we are very careful with our packaging, cookies do break from time to time.
They will still be delicious and no refunds will be given for broken cookies as we have no control over how the postal service handles the boxes
Why is the estimated delivery date is past my event date?
Yes, this may happen as stated thoughout my page disregard the estimated shipping date. As long as your order is placed 3 week, up to 3 months notice your order will ship out a week before the event date.
