The Arc of High Point is located in High Point, NC. It was formed in 1954 by people concerned about the lack of services provided to children, adults, and friends with disabilities. The Arc is comprised of parents, educators, professionals, community citizens, and people with developmental disabilities who are working toward a common goal of improving the well-being of persons with developmental disabilities through advocacy, research, and education.
The Art Studio at the Arc was established in 2002 as a place where artists could come and express themselves through the arts. A Pottery studio and Soap making workshop was added later to fulfill the never-ending quest for outlets for their creative expressions, and most recently a sewing program has join the fold.
All proceeds of the sale of these items are to sustain the programs. Your purchase enables our artists to continue to create and grow.
