Positive: This item was a gift for a friend who lives about 1,800 miles from my home. He was very pleased and delighted to receive this quality cross. He has been looking for a budded cross for decades. Negative: The vendor did not include a greeting note with the gift - although I wrote the greetings and made it clear to the vendor to include the note with the order. For that reason, my friend had no idea whom sent him the item. After waiting for about two weeks, I had to (embarrassingly) ask my friend if he received the cross. He responded in the affirmative; he was happy that I told him I had purchased it for him.
