Payment is accepted through Etsy Direct Checkout (preferred) which accept credit card, debit card or Etsy Gift Card or via PayPal. Both options accept major credit cards. All product prices are end prices in Euro plus shipping costs.

Your item(s) will be carefully packaged and shipped with Correos (Spanish Post) TRACKING NUMBER and INSURANCE. If you would like to use alternative shipping options, please contact me prior to purchasing and I will inform you of the extra-costs.

Overpaid shipping fees will be refunded.

Items are wrapped in bubble-wrap and filled with ecological packing material.
Please check your packet when you receive it. If an item turns up damaged, please make it known in writting when you sign the delivery receipt and report this immediately to me.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS please note that you may be asked by your respective country to pay customs fees.
We are not responsible for customs / duty / import fees or postal transit times.

Where a delivery cannot be made because the customer has provided a wrong delivery address, the address is incomplete or didn't pick up the package an attempt to once again deliver the merchandise shall be made only if the customer accepts to bear the costs of re-shipping the merchandise. The Vendor shall inform the customer of the costs of re-shipping the merchandise by e-mail. The re-shipment shall be made only upon receipt of payment for these costs.

The merchandise will be submitted to the shipping company within the time given in the item description (shipping and policies).
