Please, when you purchase, choose the shipping method you prefer according to your needs: insurance, fast shipment, etc.
I ship to the address indicated on the receipt in the purchase order, so please check that this is correct: any reshipment will be borne by the buyer, and any packets lost for this reason are non-refundable.
If you want the package to a different address, write it in the notes when you ordering
(Please don’t write it in private, otherwise it risks getting lost in the messages).

PACKAGING
The shipping costs include the cost of transportation via Poste Italian, plus the packaging of the package: unless agreements or big amounts and dimensions, items are shipped by padded envelope and protected by a transparent plastic bag. I like to personally thank all my customers with a handwritten message.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I love international customers!
But ATTENTION: it’s important to know if you choose standard shipping, I can give you a tracking number that allows you only to see the arrival of the package at the center of international trade (customs), but not the entire route.
If you want the complete tracking or insurance, select the method you prefer from the drop down menu during the purchase.

CUSTOMS FEES
I ask you to become familiar with the policies and customs fees in your country, since I’m not responsible for any extra charges applied.
Also, I’m not responsible for any delays caused by customs checks.

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose during the purchase.
Deliveries around the holidays, especially during the Christmas season, take longer to arrive, so I suggest you to do the order some time in advance.

Delivery times with standard shipping by Priority International Mail are:

- Europe: 3 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) in addition to shipping in 85% of items;

- Mediterranean Basin: 4/5 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) in addition to shipping in 85% of items;

- North America: 5/6 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) beyond that of shipping in 85% of items;

- Countries of the rest of the Americas, Asia and Oceania: 7/8 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) in addition to shipping in 85% of items.

- African countries: 8/9 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays), in addition to shipping in 85% of items.

The average delivery time for Super Fast shipping are:

-European Union countries: 2 working days, in addition to shipping

- Countries outside the European Union: 2-3 days, in addition to shipping (except for customs formalities)

- Rest of the world: 3-4 days, in addition to shipping (except for customs formalities)

HOW TO TAKE THE MEASURES
CHEST: measure the breast circumference at the point of maximum projection.
UNDER BUST: measure the circumference of the bust just below the breast.
SHOULDER: measure the length from a tip of the shoulder to the other shoulder.
SLEEVES: measure the arm starting from the shoulder to the desired length of the sleeve (wrist, just below the elbow or above).
UPPER ARM: measure the arm circumference at its widest point.
WAIST: measure the waist circumference in its narrowest point.
LOW WAIST: measure your waist circumference about 3-4 inches below the navel.
HIPS: Measure the hip circumference at the point of maximum projection.
INSEAM: measure the length from the waist to the front to the back.

PROCESSING TIMES
The processing tims are variable. For details, read the description of the items. I will do my best to respect the delivery schedule, but I can’t always guarantee them.
I ship from Monday to Saturday morning.
The items ready for IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT, are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
For items CUSTOM calculate from a week it up.
I work in a smoke-free environment, neat and clean.

CUSTOM ORDERS
When you go in the listing, click on "Request a custom order" and I'll be happy to listen to your requests.
But beware: I don’t take custom orders for models that are not present in my shop. However, I’m more than willing to add or modify my creations, but I don’t accept requests completely different from what is my style. Also, I don’t accept copies of whole cloth work of other creative. The changes have their own cost because they need time and energy.

CARE FABRICS
Elastic fabrics like lycra, cotton and synthetic jersey, lace and micro mesh, can be washed in a washing machine at 30°C. Avoid washing with items with zips or hooks (for example bras and belts), because they might become entangled. Don’t iron or bleach. Air dry.
The glittery fabrics lose a lot of glitter during use and the first wash: don’t worry, it's normal. The sequined or laminates fabrics lose less.
Other special fabrics like lacework and handmade or vintage doilies, velvet, brocade and jacquard, or the garments with fringes or special finishes, should be washed by hand in cold water or dry.
Professional sets (especially bras and belts), should be dry-cleaned or at most by hand in cold water, squeezed very little and allowed to air dry.
