I do not accept returns because Etsy does not allow partial refunds with the cancellation of an order, but is pushing for free shipments. So a customer who purchases an item without reading the title of what they purchased could ask for a full refund of shipping and item price, but still leave A SCATHING NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR "NOT AS EXPECTED" or "DID NOT ARRIVE IN TIME" for an item arriving 2 days before Etsy posted arrive by date,that they got full refund for. As a micro shop owner, I am no longer willing to take such risks. I hand make every single item I sell. I KNOW what I describe.
But if you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping, or I sent you
an item by mistake, please contact me right away so I can fix it!

If you no longer need an item please contact me for return authorization first. Items sent back without contacting me first will be considered unauthorized returns and no refund will be issued. A 20% restocking fee applies for all items sent back unopened/ resellable condition.

A 50% damage fee will be applied to all items that are missing parts or are damaged or torn. For damage during shipping, please document.

If you ordered an item that is not "as expected" but "as described", please ask for return authorization before returning the item. Please read the title and description provided before placing an order.

For all returns, please make sure to return with tracking service. If an item is not trackable back, no refund will be issued.

My listings are priced to include only what is detailed in the description. If you do wish for something additional, please ask before purchasing so I can point you to the correct listing, or set up a listing for you - without the added cost of having to cancel an order and issue a refund.

Please don't ask me to send just parts of an item, to send it unassembled, to change the color or any other request to customize any of the items I have listed that are not specifically customizable. Everything I sell will look exactly as pictured in the listing.
Unless the ship by date/arrive by date works for you as listed, please do not purchase. If you need an item's shipping upgraded, I'd be happy to do so for an additional $5 handling fee + shipping charge - I offer this for purchases valued at $25 or more only.

All items are shipped by and delivered by the dates provided to you when you placed the order, whether a request for faster production and/or delivery is put in with Seller Notes when order is placed.

If the ship by date and estimated deliver by timeframe does not work for you please do not order. Please plan accordingly.

Rush production is an additional service provided for an additional fee. Unless you contacted me before placing order and paid extra for rush production, your item will ship on the ship by date provided to you. Paying for Express shipping means exactly that - paying for faster shipping. It does not mean paying for faster production.

No I cannot. If the wording can be found with Google Search, I will cancel the order. I am not interested in clarifying, discussing or parsing copyright issues. I simply will not print anything that is copyright protected in part or in full. The law is complex and am not interested in defending myself in the court of law for the sale of a $25 item. As a commercial enterprise, however small, that is a risk I am absolutely not interested in taking, not for anyone, not for any occasion. My items are priced to be customized with your own wording, poem, lyrics - text you can legally claim you authored, and then hand made into the item listed. My items are NOT priced for any copyright research.
