All of our hardware is made from solid brass and is suitable for decorative finishing, home decoration, woodworking, accessories, and more.
We ship all orders through Register Air Mail and provide tracking numbers for each shipment. While we hope for timely delivery, please understand that we cannot control the speed of the postal service. Please find below a reference for delivery times:

I had measured before hand but was still unsure of how they would fit the shelf I already had - luckily they were beyond perfect! I can't wait to repaint the shelf to really help the knobs *pop*!

Welcome to our old storage, ArtsofBrass,through this door, I found the goods the rest of the many goods from Solid Brass -
Through this door too, of this I found the remaining goods not salable formerly and now besomething being antique. -
Many goods need to be selected and cleaned which is still decent on sale and which do not. -
I have found great book too from 1968, Decoration Antique Artworks, over 4500 object illustrated on this great old book.

How long estimated that packet delivered ?
for estimated delivered with default register shipping service to :
Australia: 3-4 weeks
Canada: 4-6 weeks
Europe: 3-4 weeks
that estimated delivered days we gave to you upper is the longest time for wait, but sometime will be early that depend how busy on post office when that packet have stopped for transporting or have on visiting customs.
but if you need it hurry, you can upgrade that shipping postage with EMS service where will take 10 - 12 days,
and if you really in rush, FedEx service will be another option, with Economy (estimated 5-6 days delivered) and Expedited service (estimated 3-4 days delivered).

Do you offer Discount Combine Shipping ?
yes, we could. please don;t hesitate to let us know if you have multiple items on your cart with capture your cart and contact us with that capture picture. or you can let we know what items you need and how much do you need. after we have got your all information, we will give you detail of that cost with that discount combine shipping later.

Do you accepted returns ?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, Just contact us if you have got that packet and if you feel need return to us. and please ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery. when we have got your returned packet, we will make a refund to you.
and for Conditions of return : Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What payment will be accepted ? and How if I don;t have PayPal account but I want make that payment with Credit card ?
We accept PayPal (recommended), credit card, and eCheck.
if you make your payment with eCheck, we need wait until that eCheck have cleared for ship your packet and that will take 3-4 days for cleared that eCheck.
and so sorry because this is International selling, in this time we can;t accepted "Etsy Gift card".
even that option pay with PayPal, you can still continue make your payment with your Credit card, when you on front page on PayPal when you check out your cart, and please choose pay with your credit card later.

Does That shipping have tracking code and could you provide that tracking link ?
yes, for all of your orders will have tracking code, you can check it on your purchased page for that tracking code. we will put that tracking code after we have ship that packet on post office.

Why shipping cost so expensive ?
a. this overseas international shipping where based from The United States Postal Service (USPS®) ,Canada and United Kingdom Post had making changes to the pricing of their mailing services. Rates in some categories will increase, some will stay the same, and others will decrease. The new rates have take effect on this 2016, July – 17.
b. And for this kinda hardware or most international shipping we need pay more exporting tax as a seller.
c. We have try put my hardware to envelope for make it more cheaper and report it as document, but post office not allowed with that method because that not a document and will count at parcel. will need to declare as a parcel. and for parcel that more expensive with document.
