4 out of 5 starsIt's too small for my standing welcome sign. It's my fault for not reading all the measurements first. Nice quality, but it's definitely not worth the money spent. Took a very long time to receive.

Yes, both in title & description it states these pieces are 4-inches in largest diameter. Sorry you felt the quality was not worth the money spent, but that definitely is not the feeling from 99% of our customers. As for shipping, again it is stated through our listing, since everything is made in-house by our laser, painted by us, and finished by us, lead time is 3-weeks as stated. Your order was not slated to ship out until 4/6 (which is 3-week lead time), but we actually got it shipped out days earlier. If that 3-wk lead time was not good for you, all you had to do was reach out to us and we always work out earlier ship dates if possible if our customers need. Again, please reach out to Etsy craftsman before leaving other than 5-star review because most of us will help you if we are able.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes and yes! We can customize just about everything in our shop to what you are looking for. We can customize word changes, color changes, and size changes (if not larger than what is possible for us to make with our equipment.) Message us on the listing you want to customize or if it is a brand new idea, just send us a conversation on your idea and we can go from there!
Sizing details
If you find a sign that we make, but are interested in purchasing but in a different size...no problem. Let us know...send us a message on the listing of the sign you are interested on. Let us know what size you would prefer. We will be able to make the determination if your request would be possible.
Care instructions
If you are purchasing one of our wood signs to be displayed outdoors, you must know that we don't recommend our wood signs being left in direct weather conditions. If you plan to keep one of our signs on a porch, deck, or hanging on door, let us know and we will use an Indoor/Outdoor paint. We will also put a couple coats of urethane and a matte finish with UV protectant.
NOTICE: If you do plan to display your sign outdoors, we do recommend that your sign be removed from outdoors yearly and you put on a couple coats of polyurethane to help with protecting the wood.
