4 out of 5 starsI didn’t receive one of my items. Tried to communicate with the seller after coming to an agreement to send the missing item I was ghosted. No reply since beginning of December. This was a Christmas gift that never came and no resolution or communication. Very disappointed.

4 out of 5 starsThe lanyard functions! All my complaints are aesthetic. There's were a couple indents in the leather when it arrived, and the map fabric on the inside is not the best cut, not at all like the product photo.

I usually like to support sellers, but having not gotten any communication has been very disappointing. I eventually received a refund from Etsy, which I appreciate.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
I know how important these items are to get you asap, and I am working around the clock to get them out as fast as possible! Orders ship within 1-2 weeks from order date, and you can check your order ship by date by going to You > Purchases and Reviews on the top right of the Etsy homepage. This processing time should be available through the listing page, purchase receipt, and order confirmation email. I understand this is a long production time, but please keep in mind every item is handmade to my quality standards, and I'm sending out hundreds of masks out daily. I do my best to make sure this shipping information is available, and if there are any delays I will contact you asap.
Can I cancel my order?
I understand things happen, and due to the events I am extending my cancellation policy from 24 hours until shipment. If you would like to cancel your order, just let me know. Please keep in mind I have to cancel orders manually, and I will cancel within 24-48 hours.
Can I return my face mask?
While I have a no questions asked return policy, please note that face masks are not returnable, since they are not able to be resold due to hygiene issues. In the event there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will be more than happy to work with you.
