Filing a claim when USPS is at fault for damage to product

In cases where USPS has delivered the item and it arrives broken. Customers are required to file a claim with the USPS and return their item to post office with original packaging in times when a claim is needed to file. Shop owner will help assist in filing the claim when customer requests help. We do our very best to ship items with extreme care, but accidents do happen and should this be the case, the grievance will need to be filed with USPS as it is out of shop owners hands once it leaves the warehouse.
