1 out of 5 starsI've never left a bad review but, sadly, I felt this time I had to. My order was shipped very, very late. The shop owner did let me know it was going to be delayed but it was delayed even beyond that. Then, when I finally did get my order it was not the item I had purchased. I've left several messages over a few days asking what I need to do for a refund but have not heard back. Too bad because her pieces are fun and unique.
